Since its launch on August 2, 2024, the Food Business Facilitation Center (FBFC) has been instrumental in supporting Food Business Operators (FBOs), providing them with crucial resources and guidance to thrive in the industry. The center, comprising several specialized desks, has been operating efficiently to address various needs within the food business sector.
The Licensing Desk has issued 172 licenses, streamlining the process for new and existing businesses to gain the necessary legal approvals. Meanwhile, the Technical Desk has provided valuable assistance to 81 FBOs, offering expert guidance to help them meet industry standards and regulations.
The Startup Desk has welcomed 24 new FBOs, guiding them through initial challenges and providing essential information for a successful launch. Overall, the center has recorded an impressive total of 1,188 visits, reflecting its growing reputation as a vital resource for the food business community.
